Customer Satisfaction 2017

ASL Analytic Service Laboratory GmbH is anxious for continuous improvement. Therefore it is of our highest importance to know the opinion of our customers. That’s why we frequently start a customer satisfaction survey. The latest survey, respective the year 2017, showed that ASL does have content customers. This is also documented with the high response rate of 43%. We are very happy about the result and would like to say “Thank you!” for participation in the survey and your valuable comments and proposals we gathered on this way.
